SynapseWorks builds privacy-first workflow tools for Jira teams and safer everyday web use.

Purpose

Prerequisites

• For Jira apps: a Jira Cloud site with the required SynapseWorks app installed
• For browser tools: Chrome or a Chromium-based browser with the relevant extension installed
• Access to the relevant Jira projects, issues, browser sites, or test forms for the product you are reviewing

Steps

Jira Apps

Synapse and Decision Register are Jira/Atlassian products built for Jira Cloud teams.

• Synapse overview - BDD and automation workflows inside Jira.
• Decision Register overview - audit-style decision history from Jira issue changes.

Browser Tools

Submit Guard is a Chrome extension for safer everyday web use. It is not a Jira app and does not run on Atlassian.

• Submit Guard overview - confirm before submitting forms on sites you enable.

Common issues

• "I cannot find a feature in the app": confirm whether it belongs to Synapse, Decision Register, or Submit Guard documentation.
• "I need governance evidence": use Decision Register outputs and security/data pages for audit context.
• "I need AI consistency, not only suggestions": Synapse complements Atlassian AI/Rovo by enforcing consistent execution structure (subtasks plus validation), rather than only generating suggestions.
